About this program
Our multi-sport program introduces preschool children to fundamental movement skills through fun, active and interactive sessions. We focus on physical literacy, developing core balance, agility and coordination, hand-eye and foot-eye coordination through engaging catching, throwing and kicking games, and teamwork, where children build social confidence, learn to share and follow simple instructions in a supportive group environment.
