Sunshine Learning Hub Pty Ltd (ABN 97 689 012 575), trading as Sunshine Sports. This portal uses cookies to keep you signed in and to support secure payments. We do not use advertising cookies.

1. Strictly necessary cookies

We use a secure session cookie to keep you logged in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. The portal cannot work without these, so they don't require consent under Australian law.

2. What we DON'T use

We do not add advertising or website-analytics tools to the portal. Stripe's payment and fraud-prevention technologies are described below. If we add analytics in future, we will update this notice and, where required, ask for your consent first.

3. Other things your browser loads

Your browser also makes requests to these providers: - Google Fonts. One of the typefaces used in the portal is served by Google Fonts. The Google Fonts API sets no cookies. Loading a page therefore tells Google's servers your IP address and which page requested the font. Google states it does not use Google Fonts requests to build advertising profiles. We are working to serve this typeface from our own servers instead, which will remove the request entirely. - Stripe, when you use payment features. Stripe.js uses cookies and similar technologies to process payments and help prevent fraud. These can include __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid and m. Your card number is entered directly with Stripe and is not stored by us. For details, see Stripe's privacy information at https://stripe.com/legal/privacy-center.

4. Drafts kept on your device

While you add a child, the portal keeps a draft of the form in the current browser tab, so a dropped connection or an error does not lose what you typed. It can include the medical and allergy answers you have entered. It is tied to your family's account and is deleted once the child is added or when you close the tab. The family basket is kept the same way, until you pay or close the tab. Neither is a cookie. The draft stays in your browser until you press Add child, and the basket until you pay; only then is anything sent to us.

5. Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but blocking the necessary cookies will stop you being able to log in.
